On The Mend

Well finally today Kola is back to her normal self. Complaining that the food isn't coming fast enough. Alert, trotting around and sounding off. Whew! I still haven't received the bill yet. Can't wait to see it. Yippee!

Glad to hear it. She's a very interesting color. I love that blue roan paint thing.

Thanks. She is a cool color. I've got pics where she's almost a grulla.

your horse is beautiful!her color is very unique and pretty.

My last vet bill in Sept was over $200-grrrrr

I also give all my own vaccinations. Luckily, no problems. I bet you were very worried.

That WEst Nile business is scary stuff. I know of a couple of horses that died from it in Oklahoma.

I worry about my Old Guy all the time. Ive owned him for 21 years, he just turned 28...Ive been married for 17.

Ive had Scooter with me for over half my life.

I enjoyed your horse pictures!

Glad Kola is back to her old self again. We just had shots on Monday and thankfully there were no reactions in the whole barn. The vet even said we could ride them that day but we didn't, I never do the day they get shots. He says it's like when we get a shot and the doc says to keep your arm moving for circulation so that it doesn't get stiff and sore. I just feel so badly for them from having all those sticks that I just can't ride them that day. Your horse is a very pretty, interesting color. I love it!
