How NOT To Behave...........
At breakfast! It's blurry, but if you look closely, that is Kola acting like as ass at breakfast time. Now breakfast time around here can be anywhere between 5:30 to 7:30 am and usually falls around 6:45 am. Breakfast turns into a circus. Misty usually waits patiently and Kola starts her antics........Which then gets the dogs in an uproar as they come out with us to potty while I feed.
But as I enter the fed shed, Kola gets stupid and dogs begin barking feeding the frenzied behavior even more. I hurry to throw hay so that I have time to mix the feed. After all they are starving, especially Kola......the dork!

Don't you just love all the antics in the morning?! When I walk in the barn to feed in the morning everyone pees! No kidding, I don't know what it is about me coming into the barn but it sounds like Niagra Falls! lol!!
As soon as the lights go on outside or there is a sound from the house, they all start whinnying and carrying on like they never ate before. It's not like anyone has ever forgotten to feed them either. After breakfast the same nonsense goes on until they are all haltered and turned out. Creatures of habit and starvation I guess.
Midlife Mom, Peeing? Oh that just cracks me up! Oh that's hilarious!
Arlene, Kola fell on her ass the other day acting like a jerk at feeding time. I had to watch and give some bute because she torqued something doing it. In the first pic, she's rearing! LOL
ROTFL!! They are funny at feeding time. Since we have lost the feed room to the barn. I go out to the barn and catch everyone, then make the trek back to the garage, get everyone's feed in buckets, put in cart and go back to the barn. Halfway across the pasture the donkey breaks off braying (LOUD) and then the horses start nickering. Like I can get there any faster, guess they want me to run! Still laughing, great post!
KDW, Kola acts as if she is starving. I fight to keep the extra weight off of her! LOL
Here when it is the food time, the horses hurt their door with their front hooves. So, you have to hurry up if you don't want them to break the door.
Some bite you when you don't help them quickly enough.
Oh dear, Le Cheval, Biting at this place WILL NOT be tolerated at all...Kola clacked her teeth on me last week when I was going through the fence trying to snatch hay out of my arms. I backed her I swear a mile before I let her eat. She is now respectful of my space when I go in and feed. She is just a dumbass while I get the feed ready. LOL
shame on Kola!
food brings out the worse in me too.....heheheh.
They get so funny at feeding time! Less cracks me up because he gets so pissy and throws those ears back when normally he's just the sweetest boy!
haha! What a spunky gal.
My horse will call out, but she's pretty calm, except one thing.
She will stare at the back of our house.
I swear! I can feel her stare right through our walls! gah!
