An Update On Little Ronnie

Jess tell me Ronnie is doing well. The swelling keeps moving down and will probably abscess out the bottom of her foot. But she's playing and eating and doing real well. And Jess just loves her. I've just ordered more hay and I'm off today to get some grain for the girls and the goats. I've left my "brain" at work, That would be my daily planner. So later, I'll have to make the trip to Milwaukee to get it. Can't live without the daily planner. But first, a long warm bath!

I'm glad to hear that she is doing well despite the swelling.

Thanks! Since it is an old injury it will take awhile to resolve itself. She really is coming along very well. She was so easy to halter break and leads like a champ. She did freak out when I went to change barns. She started out into the wind, pulled back and scrambled on the concrete. She got her feet back under her and high tailed it back to her stall.I had to get the butt rope to move her to the other barn. She had never been in a barn until she was here and she found comfort in her stall.

What a time you have had. So glad things are improving and Little Ronnie is on the mend.

Milwaukee? Lived there for 6 years and loved it! Especially enjoyed driving through the countryside and admiring the villages and the old barns.

Have gone back several times in October to get my Fall colors fix.

Enjoying your site.
