An Afternoon's Entertainment

This was my afternoon entertainment. My goats acting silly. They often like to show off. Saturday morning when I returned home from work at about 8:45 am. I peeled myself out of my car, gathered up my purse, keys, etc. and started towards the house, only to notice three goats which had filed out of their pen and headed towards me. They must have been out since 7:30 am when Steve had fed everybody. If you do not drop the latch to the gate as far down as possible, these clever boys, Pumba, in particular, will use his lips to lift the latch and out they come. They had to have been in and out of the pen as evidenced by various amounts of goat droppings all over the yard. I had to sneak them an extra scoop of grain to encourage them to return to their area. The horses chose to ignore them. I thought it was hilarious!

I haven't been around goats much. That's funny how they flip their tails before butting heads. The black and white one was putting on its own show.

They are hilarious and quite nice little critters, very loving and love to be with you, like funny looking dogs, with hooves, and strange noises, and weird eyes.
