Manicure Today

Well, Finally back to some sense of normalcy. Still not 100% ,but at amongst the living today. Geeze, How long does this damned flu last anyway. Today is manicure day. The girls are due to get trimmed today although it is snowing, but it needs to be done and they'll feel better for it. They both have hidden in the barn today. Yesterday, I watched the goats trim the rest of their tails. Boo Hiss! Sorry, I haven't been around. I promise that today, I shall make the rounds and get caught up on everyone's posts.

I hate to break it to you, mine has been hanging out since Sunday the 10th. It hasn't kept me from work, only riding and house work after I put my nine to ten hours in at my real job. I had a flu shot and so mine isn't as bad as most the people getting it. It hit my neck and shoulders real bad. They are the most recent injuries that arthritis set up in. It made me feel sick to my stomach, I never lost my cookies. The news said this strain is not the one they vaccinated for. I'm pretty close to normal today.

Glad to see and hear that you are better. I'm heading up across the border in a couple of days and asked at my doctor's office if I should take a flu shot. Will get it tomorrow and hope it can be effective in time.

Molly, unfortunately I'm not a candidate for the flu shot as the drug I take for MS supresses my immune system, so the flu shot in itself may make me ill. I've done well, actually. This is the first time I've been ill in over a year.

LOLOLOL Callie, trust me-- we get sooo used to our butts being ogled, grabbed, admired, and yes, plastered all over the internet.... Least GUYS have an advantage-- their butts usually stay nicer than us gals IF we just HAPPEN to plump up a bit.... (but look at their bellies sometime...hehehe)

SO glad you are gaining there Callie. MS is a bitch, and fighting off flu on top of that has got to suck out loud. Hang in there and know we are all thinking of you!
