Monday Mania!

This is what has kept me busy for the past two days. I loomed this scarf to go with my jean jacket.

What is that little thing ? It sure has nerve!

Too pooped to poop! So where do they do it ? Why in the house of course! I'm going to strap a paper towel roll to my belt!

This kitty looks like a meatloaf on legs!

HOLY HANNAH Callie!!! You are a woman of many many talents there. Looming a scarf, which BTW turned out really beautiful! How the heck do you do that? I have never even heard of it before.

That is just too kewl woman!!

Well, It all started with The Zoe Meister self teaching herself to knit when said apple computer died. So we got some yarn and a few hand looms, and she got me started and you'll all know what everyone is getting for Christmas! LOL. It's actually real easy but time consuming!

Pretty scarf! I tried making one once and it was about 10 feet long! It was knit not loomed, guess that was the problem!

I was just reading your post on watering down hay. I have a hay dipper. Buddy likes to dip his hay in his water and the vet says to let him do it. It makes a wicked mess in the automatic waterers so I put in a separate bucket to dip in. I think in the hot weather it is good for him to get the extra moisture. The rest of my guys don't dip their hay but will eat it if I wet it down.

I think the kitty looks like a meatloaf with a tail! Sooooooo cute!

Midlife Mom, 10ft long? Oh My !The meatloaf kitty, she is so fat! It's not even funny except that her legs are so short as well!

Mrs Mom, I need a cookbook, cuz I do not cook much. I've got just a few things in my repetoire that I can cook and it's things that most people can cook. LOL!

I guess my other comment didn't come through. The scarf is lovely and I know it will look good with your jean jacket. Kitty is a bit uh, 'fluffy'. Like Garfield said "I'm not overweight, I'm undertall." So for Christmas I guess we should all be expecting one of your scarves? I can't wait.

I can't imagine a scarf right now in the 100 degree south. That is so neat that you can loom!! Very neat! And I love your cat! We had one that looked like her. I love Calicos.

Thanks gals, I'm looking forward to slightly cooler weather. Autumn is one of my favorite seasons! I guess winter is ok too. Now I'm working on Steve's scarf!

Love the scarf and that chubby calico. I have tried my hand at knitting and I just suck. I never know how to "fix" it if my needles come off. I keep vowing to go to knitting circles here in Portland to learn....someday:-)
