She Dunn it and Aimee Oak

She Dunn It
Aimee Oak

We let Stacy and Aimee out for the second day. We may just leave them out now. The weather looks a lot better now. I put her in the goat pen, and it doesn't have a shelter. I really haven't found a mare to put Stacy with since Black died. I may try her with Buffy and Skeeter when Aimee is a little older. She likes to pose for the pictures, they are a little dark. I have pictures of Mary's baby. I don't have the barn name for her yet. I was afraid to name her because she was born with an ulcer, I wasn't sure that she was going to make it. Her registered name is going to be She Dunn It.

They are adorable. I love the blaze on She Dunn It. But Aimee has the cutest little face.

They are both just beautiful! I gotta hand it to you, taking care of little ones like that. My friend who is much more horse-experienced than I kept Divna and her foal until they could be separated. Both of yours look like they are doing great, and will grow up strong.

Cutie pies. Seems to be a year for fillies in more ways than one. So far nearly all the foals I've read about this year have been girls. And then there's the Preakness.....

Thanks everybody! She Dunn it gave me a scare, she is strong now. Aimee was trying to get up before she could clear the sack. This was a good year, all ended up strong and healthy. I spend more time playing with them and the yearlings that I hardly ride. Usually I take Spider and Anna to our cutting shows . I only had time to focus on Spider for next weekends show. I want to get some more AQHA points on him so I have to show him in the class that I usually show Anna in.
