And here I am modeling the latest...............At 6:30am, still dark out!
These girls cracked me up at noon. The energy company has been working at the end of the pasture, so the girls weren't really inclined to stay out there with all the trucks and loud noises, so they got a noon time snack.
Which clearly by the state of their "gob" fulls...............
It was truly appreciated...........This one is especially hilarious! Oh, it's the little things that I find funny!
Stephen and I have been roofing/ decking and this is as far as we got! We need to do six more rolls. That will happen in the spring! I hate roofing tar!

Good start on the roof.
Gee do you think she's got enough hay in her mouth!
I love it when the horses really dig into their food. Makes me feel as if I truly have a purpose in life and they are quite happy for me to fulfill it by filling them. *lol*
Besides there is something truly delightful about hearing horses munching --hay, grain, carrots, apples, horse treats...it's actually kind of soothing.
yup .. same here with the winter garb... it was only 10 degrees here two days ago! :)
ughs
but it actually was okay for riding.. get used to it early

Love your barn wear! I have a picture of me from last winter where I could have robbed a bank and they wouldn't have been able to identify me except by the smell of horse poop!
I have been refusing to bring out the winter wear. If I keep the doors closed and move fast enough I stay warm! Really I do.
Lol!! Photo one looks like me right now - In my office at work!!! I've been wearing double coats all summer in here - but outside we're still in tanks and flip flops! Ahh..the joys of being a Floridian. You have my sympathies.
The picture of Misty cracks me up! Looks like she has a beard! lol!
Brrr! You look cold!

I have to break down and get my winter-wear out soon, too. I have been layering the lighter weight stuff as much as I possibly can. I love the photos of the horses with the snacks....it's so cute when the hay is hanging out of their mouths!
Yep, I would sure say that that is a gob of hay! haha They are all alike in that respect aren't they? We go home to Tundra country tomorrow.....bbbrrrrrrr!
