WTF? Welcome To Wisconsin!

Our attempt at a goat rescue this morning. It was successful and Jenny goat is safe after we had to did her out. She was buried in her small goat house. And we had to dig out the water which was still warm water under a pile of snow...go figure...................

The 3 foot drift in front of the door on the deck.........yay, had to shovel that out as well!

The horses made a path and this evening look better. All eyelash icicles have now melted!

Before the goat rescue and dig out........Where the hell are they?

The drifts in the back yard, near one of the sheds ! Gads! At least it is no longer windy! And the blizzard has stopped!

Wow! And for once, I'll just keep my mouth shut and be thankful that we have bare, frozen gound and beautiful blue skies and sunshine instead of rain and mud. May you endure successfully and normalize soon!!

aww poor goatsie!!!! Glad you got her out and she's ok. My husband has never seen that much snow before.. He's a native Cincinnatian and it just does not snow like that here.. just all that crappy ice I was taking pictures of. I'd LOVE to see him react to snow like that!

Geez, what a mess. Glad you got her dug out safely. Imagine the water being warm underneath the snow. That is weird.
