A Much Better Day!

Well, between last night's high winds and temperature drops and today's sunny but cold, the mares appreciate having their blankets back on. They looked pretty content this noon when Steve and I arrived home after his appointment. Speaking of which, Stephen had good news and I am shocked! He got his cast off and it has been replaced with a boot and he is now allowed to start some light weight baring. My MS flare-up seems to have been short lived. Just my normal numbness and NO electric shock arms, LOL. The dogs are behaving as much as they can, "JACK!". And I only have one load of laundry to do and one more room to clean. I think we're getting back to normal. We even managed breakfast at Denny's, not that is great or anything, but it's the first time we've been out together.

Yay! Walking is good. I miss Denny's. We used to have one in town, but they put it across the street from the sewage plant. The smell made it impossible to eat on the outdoor patio. They ended up going out of business.

Ah, my good vibes worked for the cast! This time the little bit of exercise actually did help, then.

Steve needs to be careful not to overdo now, though as muscles/ligaments can get inflamed from too much too fast. Try to get him to build up his walking gradually.

And good for you, feeling better too. I was a bit worried.

I'm glad to hear Stephen got a good report and you're feeling better. And breakfast out, that's nice too. It seems things might just start to get back to normal sooner than later. Good.

Such great news...for everyone!
I'm glad you all are getting back to normal again. Hooray!

Today at physical therapy I finally spun the wheels on the stationary bike, all the way around. I was so excited!

Isn't it amazing when you realize that life is getting back to normal and going out to Denny's for breakfast feels like a celebration? I am always so grateful when I see the light at the end of the tunnel - you're getting there. So happy that you're feeling better and that Stephen can start getting around more.
